CAHOKIA, Ill. – Police arrested a 19-year-old man for a sexual assault on a 5-year-old St. Paul, Minnesota, girl waiting for her school bus. The incident was in 2016. Because the man was 13 at the rime and himself a juvenile, his name was not released. It had been a cold case, but a new DNA cross-check with a database in December produced a match, St. Paul police said. The man was arrested in the St. Louis suburb of Cahokia Heights on behalf of St. Paul police.
