ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is waiving day-use fees at boat launch ramps and swimming beaches at its recreation areas nationwide this Saturday. The waiver is in recognition of National Public Lands Day. Exceptions include specialized facilities such as group picnic shelters and some Corps sites operated by local contractors.
