WINONA, Minn. — Twenty new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Winona County by the state Department of Health. The good yet grim news: The day was the first time in November that the county has had 20 or fewer cases. With the 22 new cases, the county’s pandemic total reached 2,190 since the start of the pandemic. No new Winona deaths were confirmed, leaving the total at 22.
