ST. CLOUD, Minn. — State Senator Jerry Relph, R-St. Cloud, became the latest lawmaker to test positive for coronavirus. Symptoms last weekend sent Relph to an emergency room to be evaluated, according to Senate Republican spokesperson Rachel Aplikowski. There have been several Senate Republican mask-free gatherings in the past two weeks. Earlier there were Trump spreader events in which many elected Republicans participated.
