WINONA, Min.—A new director for the Winona State University physical plant has been named. Scott Clark had been at the Minnesota Zoo, where he managed 489 acres, 32 buildings, and 50 employees including building trades, grounds workers, custodians, and outside contractors. At Winona State he will do facility assessments, campus planning, and construction coordination. The appointment was announced by James Goblirsch, an assistant vice president.
