ST. PAIL, Minn. – A Wisconsin teenage died, apparently instantly, when a car and a pickup collided head-on on a street that follows the Mississippi shoreline. Killed was Dylan James Severson, 18. He was driving the sedan, police said. A woman in the car was injured and taken to Regions Hospital. The driver of the pickup truck had life-threatening injuries and also went to the same hospital. His condition was describes first as critical but later stabilized, The accident was in he700 block of Shepard Road about 2:30 a.m. Police were unsure what happened pending a study to reconstruct the accident.
