WINONA, Minn. – A homeless man who sleeps in his car chose the wrong place to park. An oficer recognized the car of Anthony Martin Arreola, 37, parked near Fifth and South Baker streets. It so happened that te car was within 300 feet of an address from which Arreola was barred by from approaching. He was charged with violating a court protection order.
