FARIBAULT, Minn. – A man riding a farm tractor survived a collision with a car north of Faribault, but the driver of the car was killed. The State Patrol identified the driver as Laura Jean Daily, 48, of Faribault. The accident was about 5 p.m. on State Highway 3. She was northbound in a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, the tractor southbound and making a left turn, the Patrol said. The car went into the ditch and rolled onto one side. A passenger in the car, Brianna Ashlynn Daily, 30, of Faribault, was taken 10 miles to the Northfield hospital with less than life-threatening injuries. On the 2024 John Deer tractor was Myron John Reuvers, 64, of Faribault. He was unhurt.
