WINONA, Minn. — Deputies stopped Bobby Darnell Green, 37, of Winona, for weaving over the centerline on Highway 61 near Parks Avenue just west of the Mankato Avenue intersection. The recommended charges: Driving while intoxicated, lacking a valid driver’s license, and lacking proof of insurance. A breath test shows blood-alcohol content at 0.10%, one-fifth above the allowable max, police said. The arrest was about 1 p.m.
