MNNEISKA, Minn. — The Winona County sheriff’s dive team rescued boaters after a scary night when their motor went dead in the Mississippi River above Dam 4 at Bass Camp. The boaters managed to anchor in the main channel until the team arrived from 12 miles away in Winona. This was about 3:30 a.m.
