WINONA, Minn. –The Otto Bremer Trust awarded $60,000 Habitat for Humanity for critical home repairs for low-income and elderly homeowners in Winona and Fillmore counties. Amanda Hedlund, Habitat’s executive director, said the grant enables volunteers to tackle more projects.
