WINONA, Minn. — A Winona high school track coach accused of messing around and fornicating with teen-age girls says he did the deeds — at least three of them. Eric Dione Birth, now 31, pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. As part of a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to drop seven other sex charges. The deal was negotiated for Birth by his attorney Christine Ledebuhr. Sentencing was scheduled for March. In the plea deal Birth agreed to accept 7-1/2 years in prison.
