ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man was arraigned in a child sex case that goes back to 2012. Bail for Avelino Cruz-Munoz, 45, was bail was set at $300,000. The abuse, of a Red Wing girl began when she was 12 or 13, according to the criminal complaint. The victim said the abuse continued after she moved to Rochester in 2016. The abuse, she said, lasted seven years and occurred as often five times a week. The woman said Munoz had offered her money not to tell.
