WINONA, Minn. – It appeared that a stolen credit card recovered from a Winona man, Brently Steven Johnson, 57, was used to ring up $2,078 in charges. The latest charge was at the Sinclair gas station near the Highway 61 and Mankato Avenue intersection. Police arrested Johnson about 1:30 p.m.
