MINNEAPOLIS — A North Carolina man who showed up in Minneapolis after the police killing of George Floyd in May pleaded guilty to a terrorism charge. Benjamin Ryan Teeter, 22, a self-described member of the anti-government group Boogaloo Bois, was accused of conspiring to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization. In a plea agreement, Teeter admitted that he and another man, Michael Robert Solomon, 30, built firearm suppressors that they delivered to an undercover FBI agent who had represented himself as from Hamas. The arrests were in Minneapolis. The pair also offered to fight as mercenaries for Hamas, prosecutors said.
