WINONA, Minn. – The coronavirus pandemic marched grimly onward in Winona County, although at a slower pace. Fifteen more cases were reported by the Minnesota Department of Health. In November there was a day with 84 new cases. In the ew cases Monday, two were in the 5 to 9 year old range and one in the 15-19 year range.To date the county’s cases total 3,440. No new deaths were report, leaving the county’s total at 42.
