WINONA, Minn. – The daily Minnesota Health Department count of the extent of CoVid in Winona County started the new year with another death. It was the 44th of the pandemic. There also were 20 new infections, bringing that count to 3,586. On New Year’s Day, when he department didn’t issue a report, there were three new infections and no deaths.
