ST. PAUL, Minn. – State flags were ordered to half-staff by Governor Tim Walz in remembrance of U.S. Capitol police who died in last week’s mob violence. Flags will be lowered through Wednesday. Two officers, Brian D. Sicknick and Howard Liebengood, died in the siege. Four others also died, one a riiter by police fire and three for medical reasons.
