MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. –A 17-year-old boy from Minnesota City was cited for falsely filing a police report after a hit-and-run. Deputies said the youth reported that someone had hit his parked vehicle but actually he had struck a mailbox and drove off. Deputies investigated about 3 a.m.
