WINONA, Minn. – Dorothy “Dottie” Bushman, 74, of Chatfield, known for her potato salad, hot enchiladas, and oyster stew. died at Chosen Valley Care Center in Chatfield. She kept a large backyard garden, canning and sharing its harvest.
