WHITEHALL, Wis. – A Pigeon Falls house builder, Travis Thronson, 38, was charged with not paying subcontractors. The criminal complaint says that a woman paid Thronson $128,000 for a project on her house but subcontractors began pressing her for not being paid. She later received subcontractor invoices totaling $57,000.
