ST. PAUL, Minn. –- The State Patrol reported more than 200 traffic crashes associated with the weekend snowstorm. The crashes were mostly west and north of the Twin Cities. There were more than 180 spinouts and three jackknifed semi-trucks. In one accident, a car slammed into a State Patrol squad car that was stopped on I-694 in Arden Hills to deal with a crash. Several accidents resulted in injuries but none serious.
