$38,000 gifts to schools, mostly from Foundation

WINONA, Minn. – Almost $38,000 has been donated Winona Public Schools recently. The major donors:

> Winona Area Public Schools Foundation, $23,000 for mentoring.

> WAPS Foundation, $4,500 for Washington-Kosciusko and Middle school galas.

> WAPS Foundation, $4,300 for mentoring.

> WAPS Foundation, $2,800 for Jefferson School gala.

> WAPS Foundation, Kosciusko, $1,000 for rhythm sticks for Goodview and Washington-Kosciusko schools.

> Goodview PTA, $900 for an orchard field trip.
