ROCHESTER, Minn. – Seven people were displaced by a house fire in northwest Rochester. No one was injured. Damage was estimated at $50,000. When firefighters arrived about 2:50 p.m., the second floor was ablaze from the inside. It appeared the fire had begun in a second-floor bedroom and spread to an adjacent kitchen. The fire marshal was investigating the cause.
