BLUE EARTH, Minn. – The char of the Minnesota Republican Party came closer to explaining her doubts about whether President Trump actually lost Minnesota in his re-election campaign. Jennifer Carnahan said the voter turnout of Democrats in Wright and Carver counties north and west of Minneapolis was greater than in previous elections. Election officials in both counties responded that there was no evidence of a flawed or rigged outcome, no matter how much Carnahan implied otherwise.
