WINONA, Minn. — A part-time employee at the Sauer nursing home tested positive for COVID-19 in recent days, executive director Alyssa Renk confirmed. The employee was asymptomatic, she said. The infection was found in internal testing, Renk said. No other new positive cases have been confirmed at Sauer or at Lake Winona Manor, which have had cases previously during the pandemic.
