DOVER, Minn. — A 36-year-old man was found unresponsive on a street near the Road Trip Bar and Grill downtown apparently after a fight. Blood was coming from both ears. The man was flown to a Rochester hospital. How long he had been on the street was unclear, Sheriff’s Captain Scott Behrens said. Behrens declined to release the man’s name but said he was from Dover. Deputies were called to the 100 block of Main St North just before 10 p.m.
