STOCKTON, Minn. – An Owatonna woman, Megan E. Stevenson, 25, was pulled over on Stockton Hill for speeding about 1:30 a.m. The stop ended up with her being arrested for drunken-driving. Deputies said she tested at 0.14% blood alcohol content, almost twice the allowable limit to drive.
