WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman, who lives on Links Lane in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood, reported that two checks in her name were used fraudulently at a Kwik Trip in Rochester. The woman said she doesn’t a have a checking account. Police were notified about 5 p.m.
