DOVER, Minn. – A 42-year-old Dover man was arrested after a police chase that followed his claim to have a bomb in his car. A state trooper had pulled over Peter Heaser on Highway 14 near Dover about 3 p.m. Heaser refused to roll his window down, then sped off, the State Patrol reported. He did stop a few minutes later. His arrested followed. The charge: A felony.
