WINONA, Minn. – A second-degree murder warrant was issued against a Dakota man, Joseph Bailly Wright, 79, whose whose wife was killed at their home Friday morning. The man, whom police have not named, was taken to a LaCrosse hospital with a wound on a wrist, apparently self-inflicted, said Sheriff Ron Ganrude. The couple lived in the orchard country two miles upcreek from Dakota.
