WINONA, Minn. – Dawn “Mickey” Michelle (Brett) Reichel, 47, of Winona, who worked at Riverside Electronics, Wintech Electronics and most recently at the Winona Post, died unexpectedly at Gundersen hospital in LaCrosse. She was a 1991 graduate of Winona High School.
