ST. PAUL, Minn. — Governor Tim Walz dialed down COVID-19 restrictions on restaurants and select other venues slightly. Effective at noon Saturday, these are the loosened rules:
> Capacity limits for restaurants go to 250 but no than 50%.
> Closing time for restaurants goes from 10 p.m. to 11.
> Private events remain capped at 25% capacity but can have as many as 50 people.
> Capacity limits of 25% remain for indoor entertainment venues, gyms, and similar facilities.
> Distancing requirement at gyms are reduced to six feet.
