MADISON, Wis.— The Wisconsin Air National Guard warned about low-flying F-16 jet fighters through Thursday and again the next week. These are take-off and landing exercises at airports that normally don’t see military aircraft. Most flights will be during the day, but there will be some evening and nighttime operations, the Guard said. Flight paths have been chosen to minimize noise and will go later than 10 p.m.
