WINONA, Minn. — A Minnesota City man, Adrean John Burros, 45, was charged for driving after cancellation and for carrying a small amount of marijuana and drug gear. Deputies said they stopped Burros about 11:30 p.m. after he ran into a curb in the 1500 block ofHomer Road on the Far East End. Also, deputies said, his license plate was obstructed
