LAMOILLE, Minn. — A Winona man, Johnathan Chamberlin, 24,  was charged for drunken driving after his blood tested as .15% alcohol.  Deputies had stopped him for speeding at 78 mph in a 65 zone on Highway 61. The arrest was about 10:10 p.m.
