WINONA, Minn. – A slight increase in Co-Vid cases was reported by Winona State University for the week ending February 21. The campus remained at yellow Level 2 on the state Health Department ratings for campus safety, meaning that transmission levels were beginning to tax campus resources. The latest weekly report showed two new positive cases and six 6 active cases. Other updated data:
