WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman suffered a wrist injury in a three-car accident on Highway 61 at Huff Street. Police said Neil L. Haigh, 52, of Cochrane, was attempting to turn left onto Huff Street from the southbound lane Highway 61 when he was struck by a vehicle traveling north. Haigh had a flashing yellow left-turn arrow and the northbound vehicle had a green light, police said. A third vehicle, waiting to turn. was struck by flying debris. The northbound driver was taken to the hospital. Haigh was cited for failure to yield. He was not injured. Nor was the third driver.
