ROSEVILLE, Minn. – James Kenneth Carlson, 95, an architect whose work included Pasteur Hall, Kryzsko Commons and several other Winona State University buildings, died in hospice care. Among his other Winona work: High school, YMCA, library, American Legion; a Central Lutheran Church classroom addition, Westfield Golf Course clubhouse.
