ARCADIA, Wis.– A Rochester man was injured fatally in a motorcycle crash that investigators blamed on speed. Deputies said that Shmarke Shoble, 34, lost control going up a hill on Highway 95 five miles west of Arcadia, near the County Road 3 exit to Glencoe. He was airlifted to a La Crosse hospital where he later died.
