WINONA, Minn. – A carbon monoxide alarm was sounded sounding in the 300 block of Hillview Drive just off Highway 43 near Sugar Loaf. The homeowner said = the alarm “just started going off.” The alarm, it turned out, had expired. The homeowner was advised to buy a new one. The incident was about 7:45 p.m.
