WINONA, Minn. – A burglary was discovered when Winona’s Family Restaurant opened up at 6 a.m. Police said entry was through the back door. A safe was damaged. The restaurant had closed as usual at 9 p.m. the night before. The burglary probably was between midnight and 6 a.m., police said.
