WINONA, Minn. – Houston man, David Paul Thunborg-Valentine, 24, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in the 500 block of West Fifth Street. Police said he had driven into a parked vehicle and a tree. The arrest was about 9:45 p.m.
