WILSON, Minn. – Sheriff’s officers backed by reinforcements captured a fugitive whom Wisconsin authorities said was wanted and should be considered armed and dangerous.  For the good guys, the incident went well. The man, Elliot Evan  Leistikow, 33, of Hartland, Wisconsin, surrendered without resistance. In the car deputies found three firearms and a small amount of marijuana. The arrest was about 7 a.m. west of Wilson on Interstate 90, which was closed during the operation. The man had been parked along the Interstate, which drew a deputy’s attention. A radio check uncovered that Leistikow  that was wanted in the Milwaukee area on an outstanding domestic abuse warrant. Winona County Chief Sheriff’s Deputy Jeff Mueller said the SWAT team was called because Wisconsin authorities said he man had a history of mental health issues and making threats towards law enforcement.
