WINONA, Minn. – A vehicle parked in the 300 block of Olmstead Street was reported to have been entered overnight. Missing was a blue wallet with $50, an ID and numerous credit cards. The theft was reported about 12 p.m. The vehicle had been left unlocked, police said.
