WINONA, Minn. – A woman said she awoke from a medical emergency and realized she was being raped. She called police, who arrested Brantley Addison Longacre, 24, of Troy, Ohio. Police said he admitted to consensual sex but recognized too that the woman may have been having a seizure. He was arrested. The episode was in the 1250 block of Sugar Load Road.
