WINONA, Minn. – A young woman with a swastika-decorated shirt was bicycling around Lake Winona in the early morning and yelling obscenities at people. There were lots of calls to police, who were sure they knew who the woman was. They contacted with her parents. This was all about 7:40 a.m.
