WINONA, Minn. – When police spotted Brady Axel Anderson driving, they were sure he was a guy who had had his driver license suspended. They stopped him on Franklin Street near Howard. Sure enough, it was Anderson, 25, of Winona. He was arrested for driving after revocation. He also was referred for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. In the vehicle police had found a glass pipe that that field-tested for meth residue.
