WINONA, Minn. – The city’s Lake Lodge outdoor rec center opens Friday for summer with afternoon weather expected in the upper 60s and low 70s. To start the season, equipment is available first come, first served from 4 to. 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 to 7 Saturday and Sunday. A $22 season pass includes bicycles, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards for anywhere in Lake Park, the lakes included. The lodge missed last season because if the Covid pandemic.
