GOODVIEW, Minn. — A man from Isanti, a small town 30 miles north of Minneapolis, was arrested and referred for suspicion of drunken driving on Michigan Lane in suburban Goodview. Deputies said they had been called to remove Jacob Jonathan Hayes Davis, 24, from a residence about 11 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies learned that he had driven off. Later they stopped Davis and conducted a blood-alcohol test.
